~In an attempt to keep them from starting a fight, the 14 year-old shoves Gunner and Bridget out of the way of her collies. She leans down next to Kiyia and touches each of the puppies to make sure they are okay. She sets them all back down next to their mother and pats Kiyia's head softly~ Good girl....Good girl... ~Then she smiles and wraps her arms around Ikia's neck~ I missed you guys while I was away and I'm so glad to see you again! ~She hugs him tight, afraid to let go. She eventually does, and brings a blanket out of a bag she is carrying. She lays it on the ground, away from the mess of blood, and carefully picks each of the five pups up and sets them on the blanket, allowing Kiyia to move herself. She sets Kiyia's new collar on her, and sets Ikia's on him. She smiles, glad that they are finally together again~ Did you miss each other?

Before the girl touches him, he moves. He wasn't going to start a fight, why would he. He was only curious about the newcomers, and can't dogs welcome other dogs to their home. With another tip of the head, he lopes off to get something to eat.
