Joel's Barn
A large, modern barn greets you as you walk up a gravel road. A corral to the right holds a few horses and there is a grain trough and an autpmatic waterer. Inside are rows of stalls, all with fresh straw bedding, a full bucket of water, a hay rack designed to move up or down according to your horse's height, and a grain bucket. Along every row and every couple of stalls, there is an area where you can keep your tack and grooming items and tie your horses for grooming and saddling. There are three wash stalls, an indoor arena attatched to the barn, an outdoor arena for those nice days, and twenty five acres of rolling pasture coated with timothy grass and dotted with automatic waterers. This is Joel Pogemiller's barn, where he keeps his own horses. You may also board your horses here, with permission. Here are the boarding plans:

Full Board: We do EVERYTHING! You get a stall, your tack/grooming/saddling area, and full care for your horse. We groom, feed, exersice, and turn out your horse according to your instructions. Your horse is washed once a month, as well. We provide the hay and grain and bedding you want for your horse, but you must pay for it. $400 per month.

Partial Board: We give you a stall, your own tack/grooming/saddling area, and you do the rest as you desire. This includes grooming, feeding, turning out, washing, and providing hay and grain for your horse. $250 per month.

Pasture Board: Your horse lives in the pasture almost all of the time, except in bad weather, grooming, vet/farrier checks, and riding. $150 per month.
