I would be more concerned about breeding from Sander's Satan / Hemphill's Rebel. At one point in the stream of time the breeding that produced many of the various Red Nose Strains has been contaminated. There are breeders today who are selling what they claim are Red Nose examples of OFRN when in fact they are products for profit and personal image. Some have been doing this for up to 7 generations with inbreeding methods that go beyond basic principles of common sense breeding. Those results are terrifying.
