Finally, after several years of occasional search, the DVD of the play with John Hurt in it was found.
Here is the URL for the interested fans.

But the price is $150 for a copy of the DVD. I have purchased one, and if interested, perhaps we could arrange for a copy of it for you. You could let me know by e-mailing me.
