Subject: Life seems to pass by her sluggishly as she sits, her face turned to meet the moons gentle rays. (Sorry, I'm in one of those 'exaggerated writing' moods.)

Her grip loosens and she feels herself slipping from the railing, with a half-choked gasp she tightens her muscles and pulls herself over, landing luckily on her feet. She takes a moment to collect herself from the scare, her heart beats wildly against her chest and she presses a hand against it to soothe it.

Then she lifts her head, and sees Kamani watching her. Like a frightened doe she freezes, bronze eyes wide as she meets his gaze. Her hands trembling with an unknown emotion, she attempts to hide their state by smoothing invisible wrinkles in her dress.
