She grimaces noticebly. "Cirrus, didn't I tell you not to drink?" She searches her pocket with deft fingers. "Ah, here we go." She produces a small, white pill from the folds of chiffon and hands it to Cirrus. "Swallow. And no more booze. And use this." She gives her tall friend a glass of ice water. "You hear me? No more booze!"

She inspects it lazily, her feet threatening to give out and send her sprawling. "Fififine." She shoves it into her mouth and takes a large swig of the water.

"Now, you should stop feeling so bloody stoned in a few minutes. Sit down." She brings Cirrus to the chair she had been sitting in. "Drink the rest of your water," she instructs sternly.

After a few minutes (as predicted) the effects of her binge-drinking seem to wear off.
