Marveling at how it feels to have someone in his arms, he hums a soft, clear tune in his vibratory contralto voice. His eyes shut and he allows her to rest against him, settling with her.

And we're together! We won't have to say goodbye at the end of tonight. He sighs in great happiness, still a bit dazed at the events that had unfolded so quickly.
