~compared to the steed, she was a lightweight. But, she could hold her own, when she wanted to. Maybe she didn't possess the size, weight and brute strength of the steed, but she was pretty darn quick, detirmined and was fond of agile thinking. Each of his kicks was evaded, woman skittering to the boundaries of the rope each time. The escapes were narrow, and getting even narrower with each time the stallion tried to attack. But she was still holding her own. She moved with the stallion, tail of the rope held in one hand. Constantly she began to chatter~
Come on, be nice. You're causing yourself more strife, jerking around like you are. Just calm down, and it'll be a lot nicer for you... I promise, I won't hurt you.
~senseless words, really. She meant them, but didn't expect the horse to understand. She hoped her tone would help calm him, but wasn't holding her breath for the effect... Just evade, move and chatter... Seeing SAL's attempt to help her, she mentally made a note to reward him with a treat or two later on, whence this new stallion was dealt with... She was satisfied to see the corral still held, despite the stress it was going through...~
