The problem with taxes on both corporations and all businesses for that matter is that the cost is, however you cut it, passed on to the consumer. About Enron, people will be going to jail over this. That's what happens when you break the law. That doesn't make all or even many CEO's and directors evil rich swindlers.

The corporatin paid no taxes.
