Undoubtedly, the preponderance of male AND female enema users, is "straight."
Gay people can also have good experiences with enema therapy, which is, at the basics, a wonderful, good-health therapy.
No one has to be ANY particular kind of person in order to benefit from high-pH, full-distention, long-retention enemas. We should all freely "HELP" each other to have confidence in using one of the very oldest, and long-proven, health techniques, without fear, shame, or embarrassment of any kind.
As for my household, our basic enema syringe(S) [yes, plural] are kept out in the open, so that any visitors to our home, once given enough liquid refreshment, get an 'inclination' to - empty their bladder - thus being exposed to the enema bags and bulbs prominently on view in our home.
So far, NO ONE has criticized our enema 'display,' but several visitors have asked about the enema equipment, and have respectfully asked for information on how, how often, why, and with what results - we use the enema therapy.
Please, people, more of us 'ought' to come out of the enema closet, so to speak, no matter our individual sexual orientation.
Go for it.
Good luck and God Bless,
