ok all here we go....
This is almost a backdoor into zone by using your passport ok?

you need to print this or write it down...you must make sure all browsers including your msn messenger before you do this are closed ...
If at all pages fail to load (now some will load real slow so you have to be patient ok? just give it time till it fully loads one way or the other .. if it says http:500 error just press your back button on the browser and try again ) or says unavailable during this procedure then just keep hitting refresh or your back button and retry that step..
Please remember that whatever passport you use to reclaim your old zone nic will be permently associated with that nic from now on..there is no way to change it so make sure its the correct passoprt you want to use for that nic .... Good luck all

Dont i repeat Dont throw you pc out the closest window :O)

close ALL broswers
> open zones main page
> at the top click on MY MSN
> sign in .... or if your still sign in sign OUT
> then sign back in
> scroll down till you see on the left side "Free Games"
> click on it
> once zones page has loaded click on "Support"
> then click on Sign up NEW name
> scroll down till you see the link to "Reclaim old zone name"
> type in you zone name making sure you type in your zone names password !!!
> if it doesn't work the first time JUST keep trying by using the back button on ya browser.
