We will be useing 8 inch rims but the tire question has not been resolved. You know the drill..... The track usually wants to make some money on these things. I think we should run what we brung but not to exceed 8 inch width. Rick is trying to work this question out with the track people. The question of mufflers has not been resolved yet either. If we have to run them, what constitutes a muffler ? Some db noise limit?, size ? maybe a fat place in the pipe with "muffler" stamped on it ? Just jokeing, but there are a few things yet to be established. I bet the same set up you are winning (?) with at Speed World (Orlando)will do the trick at Desoto. Let us know if you plan to make the trip down there before race day.
