WATCH OUT for this tenant.

MARINA KOSLOV. Comes on as demure aand a bit vulnerable, but once she gets in BEWARE. She is absolutely the wost tenant I have had when it comes to NOISE. I rent a cats only building, so she treid to sneak in two dogs, one the size of a moose, and the other a little one that yaps and yaps. I informed her that the building was QUIET, and underlined this to her. So she decides to buy a piano, and play it til around 9:30 P.M. She is an immigrant who thinks she is a Drambuie add, has absolutely no consideration for her neighbors. She told me she was an Endocrynologists. Turns out she is a sieticians aide.

Even when she gets on the phone, the neiighbors compian from above, because she screams into the instrument. She slams doors, and must have feet that weigh 30 lbs. Beware of this one. She is somewhere in Springfield, Illinois now.

She tried to beat me into keeping her deposit, and lost flat. Of course that was with an emotional outburst in front of the Judge, who decided she should pay yhe court costs.
