The blonde girl rode in on her wild black friesian stallion. Her light pink shirt and jean pants hugged her slender eligant, figure, she had been traveling for so long, her tears stain and red eyes, said she had been crying. Her lose blonde hair wiped around her face as new tears streamed down her face. She was eighteen soon to be nineteen, her parents had died in a car wreck just a few weeks ago and her supposed *wonderful* boyfriend who would never leave her, had taken her in his apartment but he had put her to work while he cheated and with her high school enemy, Clara Moore. Then when she had simple asked he had lashed out at her and beat her up, she looked at her blue and purple arm and rolled the long pink sleeve back down, she couldn’t look at it, it was bad enough her back and stomach were sore from him then from riding. Well any way, Ana had done the only thing she knew what to do, she left, packed all her stuff up and mounted her horse's back and rode out never looking back. She stood there on the hill looking out at the land, she really didn't know where she was and didn't care, it was somewhere new, somewhere to start over maybe find someone who would care and really care not say they care then flirt when you weren't looking. She tucked a strand of hair behind her ear though it didn't do much good with the wild wind blowing her strait blonde locks everywhere. She nudge the stallion's sides and he started to descend the hill she rode threw a forest and stopped in a clearing, looking for some kind of civalitation. She dismounted to rest and sat on the ground holding the stallion's reins in her hand as she leaned against a tree and closed her eyes. SHe sighed enjoying the quiet of the forest and not the loud city cars she was so use to, course she use to live in the woods on her families ranch but now she had no-where to live. She sat therefor a while and the stallion snort and nosed the new spring grass, pulling it up and munching while she rested....soon she drifted off, in a dreamless sleep, the first sleep she had, had in a long time, the dark circles backed her claim up of not sleeping, though it wasd harder to see because of the make-up she had covering it. She laid there against the tree sleeping peace fully her stallion near by guarding his rider and friend, the sun caught her golden locks and cast a glow on them as she laid there.
Demios stood there guarding his girl, he was a older steed 15 to be exact, he had known the darling girl, called Ana for almost all her life and he had trained her and allowed alone her to ride him. She was like his daughter and his friend he would do anything for her, lay his life down for her. Now the steed didn't know the exact details of the things that had happened but he saw the bruises and the tears and that was enough to make him want to kill the man who had hurt his little girl. he stayed close while sh rested he knew she needed the peaceful rest. this new place would hopefully be good for her, even though he scensed a lot of happenings her and some of them not so good, he would protect her from the wrong with all his might. He nibbled at the green grass in the forest floor when a noise caught his attention his head popped up and his nostrils flared taking in scents. Something was moving about the forest and it was not a forest creature, he wasn't sure but it almost smelled like a human and that made him tense. He stood on guard his 18 hand body gleaming like a tower of muscles and iron waiting for the battle to begin. He wasn't sure if the thing coming meant harm or not but he wasn't about to take a chance. What if this thing meant harm to his girl? He stood there and snorted as it came yet even closer.
Ana sat up and looked around hearing Demios snort. Her body tensed, as she too heard the noise. What if it was someone who wished harm to her, she wasn’t hard to look upon most guys tried to kiss her at least once. She shivered….”hello?” she called out.
