There seems to be more storyline continuity and character development this season than the previous two seasons. On the other hand the writers are still only telling half a story in the sense that they leave us hanging with some sort of issue between crewmembers then in the next issue everything is fine and dandy. What about the android revolt, what happened after episode four between Doyle and Harper when she found out she wasn't 'real', what is Trance doing most of the time? The writers never go into these and other issues.

Overall I would say this season is better than season four despite the obviously much lower budget but a far cry below season one nd two.
