Somebody who has had some contact with the writers, etc, indicated that Beka being the one refers to the engine of creation. I'm not sure what that meant. Perhaps Beka would be the one to figure out how to destroy the MWS. I don't know. I don't know if the engine of creation is a story that is gone forever or one that will reappear at some time. I always kinda thought that they would explore the engine, find all the pieces and use it at the very end of the series to destroy the MWS threat. But who knows.
