Kate's right. All caps is not only hard to read, it's seen as "shouting" and not really polite.

Yes, Mr. Cobb is leaving for his own reasons. Since you are obviously a huge Tyr fan, I won't go into it but he is over 40 and wanted to lose the hair and spend less time in the gym as part of an effort to get a "big break" in Hollywood. The hair and living in Vancouver for months interfered with that.

He will not be recast. The Powers that Be have known since he first asked to get rid of the bone thingies that he wanted out of his contract and have been preparing for his departure for some time. We won't find out what happens to him for certain until the end of this season. He is obligated for four episodes next season IF they want him but I don't think he wants to do them and an unhappy actor is usually a lousy actor.

There are lots more details but most of them are not particularly kind to Mr. Cobb so suffice to say that he never wanted to be in an "action" show and was a bit surprised to find himself in one and wanted out.
