I doubt it, the picture you see is basically the Andromeda Ascendant that was on the Official Site and around the web [I've used it myself many times]. All he's done is add his spin and coloured filters to create his own version of the ships we've heard of but never really seen [except Pax]

It would be illegal for him to sell unless he had legal rights and had drawn, painted or created the images himself and had permission from Tribune et al.
