The debate isn't over whether she kissed him. It's over did she just kiss him or did she kiss him and whisper something to him as well.

The reason for the debate is that when she leaned up to kiss him her lips appear to move a bit, the gentle kiss and then she stepped back. So, did she whisper something as she kissed him, or did she just kiss him?
