As he soars up next to her, spinning, and spiraling, feather are whipped off his wings by the wind...flecks of grey and white fill the air and because of the air current around him, the feathers follow him, circling around him like some form of shield. When he flies up to her, the feathers still circle around him, then they catch on to the current around her, and encircle them both. Then as they hover, the feathers lose momentum...and fall.
