Ebony stallion glides through the entrance riderless, floating across the dirt. Energized by the exspanse of flat ground he breaks into a swift canter, powerful muscles rippling beneath obsidian pelt. In a burst of speed he bolts forward, flying down the track like he was coming down the homestretch of the Kentucky Derby. Leveling out, hooves whirling beneath him, he seems to be at full speed but he continues to increase his pace. Flying past the mile marker he slowly reduces pace, only coming to a halt when he reaches the finish a second time. Anyone who had a watch on him would of had fits. He was no ordinary wild stallion. Bored with the empty track he turns and trots towards the pasture.
