I found this out via the Whoser Board. You can go to their offical site and find out.
I'm guessing they're ending because the members like Jeff find themselves busy with other projects now.
I also wonder if they're going to do what they did with the Impromptones. One member of that group left, they replaced him and renamed the group.

What a shame for those of us who didn't get to see them perform.
