What are you talking about?"

I understand perfectly what he is talking about....he is talking about personal responsibility. He didn't wait for some government edict to do what he thought would benifit his energy use. The fact is most people don't give a damn about energy use or global warming other than what it cost their own pocket book. Sure, it's cool and politically correct to claim you oppose global warming but that's as far as it goes with the vast majority of people. CAFE standards are a joke and just something that politicians do to make people think they are doing something. The vehicle I drive NOW already gets the mileage they are proposing for 2020 and I have owned it for 10 years.
