I have read that many real estate speculators were buying up properties to use for rentals because they could get in with such low down pmts and interest rates . Now they are also losing their shirts so its just not young people who are involed in this its people of every age. Think I read some place where China said they were not bailing out some of the finacial institutions in the us if I come across the article again I will post it.
