and in the long run it protects anyone from finding out if bush was the outer in the Plame case . He can hold the carrot before the donkey on a full pardon to keep libby from singing . I think bush is the biggest crook, most corrupt ,a liar and most dishonest of any persons who has ever resided in the white house and he just keeps piling more crookedness on his already terrible record , He did this to protect his own skin after he promised the whole nation that anyone caught doing wrong in the plame case would be prosecuted all along knowing full well he was probably at the top of the list for the outing
