The current rates are just fine....it's the talk of raising them that is the problem. And you just blew over my point on the ATM tax that totally made destroyed your comment on Cap Gains for rich people. You seem to have a very bad case of class jelousy and envy. "If I can't have it, I don't want anybody else to have it." Typical of leftists!
