I'm always skepicle of stuff put out buy leftists and especially ones aligned with leftist dictators looking for money. And I seldom put much stock in goofy movie stars. BTW, if Texaco paid 40 million for a clean up, how come this pond in the picture is still like it is? And if the Country got those billions they want, how much of the money would ever be used for a cleanup? I think I know! And, You do know that in oil regions, oil will naturally pond on the surface.
