Yep the oil comes down right before elections with no new refinereries then spikes up again. Not every one gets oil from the same refineries . When the oil spiked after Katrina iT happened in the east not the west . Are you trying to tell me that in every part of the nation there has been accidents from coast to coast in the refineries . a source please for your fairy tale. WHen oil was high at one point the refineries admitted they were not producing at peak on purpose.
ps since when is it congress responisibility to build new refineries ???? and post me the article about why oil is spiking right now .
