They are finally able to get into some areas that were not acessible until now. Roads out , briges out , trails washed away etc. They will not be able to take care of all the damage this year > Mt Ranier recieved 16 inches of rain in 36 hrs. Plus huge amounts of snow at higher elevations. Also a light pole near our house was snapped in half during the storm they jerry rigged it on the remaining pole and have been busy replacing all the damage . Finally last night from 1 am to 6am they turned off the power to my area and put a new 70 ft pole up to replace the damaged one . The pole was snapped during the dec storm. I would imagine it will take them still more months to take care of all the damage , [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
