If we gave all of it back to you, you'd have the same thing you got in Mexico now...a corrupt inefficent Country that can't even provide jobs for its own citizens. Besides, none of the illegals want that area to become Mexico because the freebies and gravy train would end. And how would you be able to take over the huge debt of California? You do know that all US citizens would flee the area like their asses were on fire. Get a life Pedro...and get a job in Mexico...if there are any!
