I have never seen the statistics but since we lost all our aluminum industry and peoples light bills doubled I would imagine on a per capita basis the money was about the same. Of course ca has a lot more people so the figures were higher . I am not trying in any way to belittle ca however i get a little tired of people thinking they were the only ones hurt by enron and bush > Our aluminum industry is now defunct.
