He is the one who had greenspan drop all the interest rates which was good for some but not others who had saved for their retirement as the retirees received much less on their savings than they would have under clinton. We have to borrow all this money from China and other countries if the interest rates had not dropped so badly perhaps more US citizens would have saved more and we would not be owned by foriegn entities.
