for any hospital expansion, maybe even low. Most of it is bullshit that has more to do with stroking doctors and hosp execs than serving the practice of medicine. Singling out one hospital's ridiculas expansion expenditures is merely scratching the surface of the epidemic of costly crap laid on the consumer for the egos of the economic elite.
