you would support LESS spending and SMALLER government.

A bathroom in a state park with $21,000 toilets is hardly necessary when you have 10.2% unemployment and EXPLOIDING debt in the TRILLIONS.

BTW...you might want to READ some in depth history on Teddy. I think you'll find he was MORE of a "progressive" along the line of Wilson and Obama...then again, THAT may be why he appeals to you.
