To make a yogurt soap, you could try diluting yogurt in water and substituting this for the water in your favorite cold-processed soap recipe. However, for cosmetics, I suggest that you avoid yogurt, especially if the teachers you will be teaching are going to pass your information on to youth or children. The problem with yogurt is that it is perishable. And if you are working with people that are inexperienced with handcrafted cosmetics, this could become a safety issue. My suggestion is to avoid making cosmetic products that have a potential to spoil and instead choose recipes for products that are spoilage resistant.
