Several natural substances can be used as colors in creams. Here are a few:
Blue Tansy (scientific name Tanacetum annuum) dyes creams a beautiful light blue/green color.
Tagetes (scientific name Tagetes minuta) dyes creams a yellowish color.
Alkanet root (scientific name Anchusa tinctoria) can be used as a red coloring.

Depending on your formulation, you might need a preservative with the alkanet root.
