Subject: Most political worlds ever. No meaningful sanctions have been handed down so cheaters have been emboldened.

Teachers and judges were waiting for AIs to end to see if anyone further would be caught. Now that everyone knows that no one is going to face any serious penalties for cheating, the favors and repayments of favors will be rampant. The whatsapp and snapchat groups are already starting and certain dancers, even now, have already been selected for the top box. Just wait for the gasps in the audience during results. There will be wide eyes and open mouths at some of the shambolic results to come.
