Dance in general has a lot of foot/knee/hip injuries. Irish dance has some specific ones that seem to rear their ugly heads over and over

I do think that sesamoiditis is common and something that can haunt them into adulthood. Broken toes and feet are common- knees and hips affected by exaggerated turnout- with lifelong consequences.

Overuse injuries in sports is common and is specific to the actions that kids do in the sport over and over and over.

One thing that has not been studied (to my knowledge) is the possibility of sub-concussive injuries that build up over
the years- concussions aren't always from direct head hits, but can be seen with brain "shakes" if you will.
Think about the constant stomping that happens in hard shoe practice- reverberating throughout the entire body- for hours on end- think this might be something that could have impact as the sport continues to get more and more athletic and intense.
