Subject: Stomach bug in my house, but we didn’t go to Glasgow. Do you think Glasgow is the only place you could get sick? Just as likely to get sick at home. And if the crowd would make you uneasy, then don’t go.

  • You speak as if it’s somehow the event fault that you got sick. You could have worn a mask. You could have not gone. You could have washed your hands more. If you choose to go to a location that has lots of people, no matter where it is, you increase your chances of being sick. (NT) -- Just the facts, 11:52:47 04/09/24 Tue
  • I'm sure in pre-covid years, people went home from the Worlds or other majors and got sick, but didn't give it a second thought. Air travel also increases sickness risk. (NT) -- ., 08:41:06 04/10/24 Wed
