Subject: Please Restore the image of WHP

Hi, Fine sons and daughters of Western Highlands. I hope you are all O.K.
I read in the newspaper and heard from the media that WHP is heading from bad to worse. Law and order issues are not addressed properly in the province, rubbish piling up all over the place and street vendors are taking advantage of all these and black markets are popping like mashrooms all over the place. As a Western Highlander this is a great shame and an ishore to the public.
For the foreign investors to come and invest in the province they are finding it very hard to come. I read in the paper that a Chinese company refused to invest in our province because of all these social disorders in the province.
Hey, Guys what do you think about all these? If you are one of those HAGENERS who is working in WHP or in other parts of the country please, lets put our heads together and come up with some ideas to help our province to restore its image in our little ways. Because this is where they will bury you when you die.
