I know this point has been brought up many times before, but take another look at this part of your letter again.
"Humane Society representative Rick Swain stresses that the purchase shows that "what's represented as dog stew is available" for sale in New York City, suggesting a demand for the product exists here."
You repeatedly states that whether it was dog or not, the investigators were told and able to order the dog stew. But, my question is that from whom did you hear such thing? Boshintang doesn't mean dog stew, it literally meant the food that builds the body. It could be stew made from goat, chicken, duck, and so on. If you are a true journalist you should've done a 5 minutes of research and could've prevented such a ridiculous report. Thus,the correct statement according to your report would be something like "Man bites goat." Won't it? You should at least apologize to the Korean restaurants for clearly causing troubles by lack of professionalism of your station.
