I back what PECAS has written.

This has also something to do with the concept of "Abraham of Faith" (AoF). They invest a lot in this AoF who will be a poor man. He will have to be the role model and alpha dog for the whole group, he will have to set the example for others how to be obedient, how to be thankful, how to write sogams, how to give all his money for UBF, how to follow all the rules etc. In my chapter, the AoF lived for some years in the house of the chapter leader. Now he has to pay back all this "love." He does all he can to bring in new recruits and works unrestingly and obediently for the UBF chapter. Meanwhile, the chapter leader does not even need to work any more. He has no job, but lives from the UBF offering money. But though the leader has more time then everybody else, he does not do the things an ordinary member is expected to do. Like PECAS, I had to clean the rooms and the toilets, I had to cook for everybody on Sundays, I had to give 10% of my income + Sunday offerings + special offerings, I worked one year to renovate the center building spending a lot of time and money, had to make copies of the lectures and "questionnaires" every week, I have been one of his personal secretaries who had to type in and correct his sermons (he did not even type his own messages himself), I went "fishing" and made Bible study every week with my "sheep." But he did nothing of this. He did not make 1:1 Bible study, did not go fishing etc. His role now only consists controlling, giving directions, and receiving honor. Once, when our AoF worked particularly hard for some UBF activity, the leader's wife told me nearly verbatim "see, our investment pays back." The worst thing is that when UBFins invite you to live in common life, for instance, they tell you they do this because they love you and want to live with you. But later, they will always point out how much they endured you.
