Subject: "Do not call them 'fools," (suffer joyfully)"

Someone posted the minutes to the UBF MSU 2004 conference preparation listing the participants and agenda. I like the part where it says:Build a personal and warm relationship with coworkers from other regions that will be participating

"DON'T: call them fools, be condescending/overbearing, complain/vent, be Chicago-centric, ignore their input, don't assume anything.

DO: be humble!, be positive, be joyful, be encouraging, be communicative, be like Jesus (suffer joyfully), build team spirit, be clear with assignments/due dates"

It also says:

"Translation Equipment (the company we rent from may donate it to UBF)"

Perhaps this company should know UBF's past and that it was recently kicked out of the NAE? How many companies make translation equipment?
