Two points Mike.
I got into this discussion reluctantly. In reply to how shall we call it, I suggest you call it brainwashing, seeing that is what the majority of people believe. I was not suggesting that this web site avoid the use of that word, if you read the original letter I said I did not have the knowledge to refute an article sent by Fellow Christian. I did not denny that there is such a thing as brain washing.
About your use of the word Gazzillion. Now I may be wrong here but I got the impression from the tone of your letter that the prime object of it was to try and make me look stupid, so I regretfully gave you what at the time I considered an appropriate reply.
My objective in writing my original letter was to compliment the writer of what I considered a very brave letter. I had no desire to get involved in this red herring. In fact I am rather angry I tried to do what I believed was a good thing and end up being attacked, over something trivial. I am living in Saudi Arabia, I am 22 kilometers from the nearest email cafe, when I get into Al Khobar I have one hour forty minutes to do everything I have to do, before my bus returns. Because of this I dont have a lot of time to think exactly what I have to say, i tend to write spontaneously. So I am going to make mistakes. Lets leave it at that
