This is typical for cults. It was also reported about the ICoC. On the one side, the side of the ordinary members, you have extreme accountability: You have to justify yourself if you only one time don't write your testimony, don't want to go fishing, don't want to take part in a meeting or conference. Every week you have to give an account in your sogam. On the other hand, on the side of the leaders, you have no accountability at all. UBF and all cults are two-class systems: Leaders are considered "servants of God," his mediators ("visible representatives") and excempt of training and accountability, and they can never be judged for anything. Members however, may be judged for every little thing and have to submit to training and give account of what they are doing. That's always the same pattern. It's one characteristic of a cult, and it's very evident in UBF.
