I think 1 to 1 ministry of UBF requires great personal faith in GOd and spiritual strength. Unless you really have faith in Jesus' salvation and his command, it will be hard to motivate yourself to go out and share the words of God.
Your argument is void. Many cults can motivate their members to work even more than UBFers ever do, and offer even more than UBFers ever do, including their own lifes. They do this completely without "faith in Jesus' salvation."
You complete posting is void, I think it should be removed because it does not make any concrete statement about the concrete problems we are discussing here.
Yes, you can grow in UBF... grow more corrupt. But you cannot grow spiritually. Instead, people get more and more immature, dependent and indoctrinated.
Sitting down and just complaining about UBF is somewhat waste of time, isn't it?
We are not complaining about UBF. We are 1) warning of UBF and 2) trying to better understand what the problems of UBF are, in order to not repeat them. If you had been in a cult (and you are convinced that it was a cult, would you simply leave and "move on" without warning others and telling others? That would be very careless.
So what we do is not a waste of time. By trying to understand what went so wrong in UBF and why it went so wrong, we learned a lot about people, about their fallen nature, and about the true gospel.
Can you tell us in which UBF chapter you are and how long? Can you tell us your name?
