Subject: Where's the Word of God?

Certainly there is no lack of words or explanations regarding these things. But where is a sound, Scriptural writing? I am not persuaded by the words of men. The words of God tell me that the basic UBF teachings are sound and that shepherding is in line with what Jesus taught.

Brian, are you so silly?
If you take the UBF-Info.de website, for instance, you will find some very good essays exposing how the very Word of God is in direct contradiction to the teachings of UBF.
But then would you just say "This is the interpretation of man, silly doctrine that is unfruitful and merely the words of men". With that club, you can swing down everything.

However, if you would merely bother to carefully read that website, you would find that certain words of a certain man (namely: Samuel Lee, the deceased leader of UBF, whose aberrant doctrine is being repeated in UBF chapters worldwide week by week even today) are in stark contrast and in direct conflict to verses of the Bible.
You listen to the words of Lee as though they were the Word of God, but any other man is "wasting time with fruitless discussion about doctrine".
That would lead to only one conclusion: Samuel Lee has deity status for you and is an idol to you.

Otherwise, you might realize that the entire doctrine of UBF, being built upon the ideas of Samuel Lee, is nowhere near the biblical revelation of the New Testament.
