I also wonder why she is giving up power. Actually this has never been publically stated so I wonder how they will introduce it and pull it off. But I do hear behind the scenes it appears a done deal.

Never. Natives, (Americans, Germans etc.) are only puppets. There is always a Korean pulling their strings.

The funny part is even Ron Ward, the spiritual giant leader of Chicago UBF and director of American and Canadian ministries is just a puppet. He is really so afraid of any Korean that may have any power, that he is not a leader at all. I say this out of love to you Ron Ward, be the leader. Don't let these Koreans tell you what to do. I have seen it where you have no problem bossing around Americans but why the cowardice toward Koreans. We are all just men before God. If you claim God chose you as the leader then lead before God not before Koreans.
