Usually people stay away from organisations ,which has branch managers who are behaving like your observation (about Peter chang of Bonn).Arguement sake, i accept Chicago UBF has improved itself, but if as the HQ, if it has no control on Bonn and its boss, I would say UBF is still salt that doesnt taste like salt.
Why you go staight up the ladder, go to Sarah Barrys room, knock and ask her, why she is tolerating Mr.God of Bonn?
i am sure she will ask you to mind your 1:1 target and write a repentance sogam.
Or she may say she will pray about it.( Beware sghe is good at baseball batting,LOL)
