Subject: Chang and money
In reply to: German shepherd 's message, "Re: Chang and music" on 10:55:39 12/03/04 Fri

So PChang was not satisfied with extorting money from the recruits and the ubfKoreans in Bonn. Now he tries to re-invent himself as a sort of Confucius teacher who goes from ubf town to town, and demands money for 'training' the kids, with fear and shame, under the guise of music.

To the non-ubf world, Chang wants to appear as a secular music school director. Any person of any background can come, and for a cash fee, get in on the dubious musical tutelage of a cult leader.

Outside the ubf, I can't imagine that Chang's music business would grow much. He would have to get real musicians to do the musical instruction, as Chang is not qualified to teach music. Plus he treats people like dirt. I sure hope nobody ever signs up to do business with him.

It also seems that ubf is bending over backward to support this business venture. I am hearing more these days about ubfKoreans who are trying to make money off of real estate, making use of the recruits and even buying buildings for themselves with ubf offering monies. The late Daniel Hong owned the Lehigh ubf building in his own name and went ballistic when it was exposed how he collected a special offering from Americans to help him pay for his building. I am hearing many stories like this now, John Park in NJ, Work Hard Yoon. Ben Toh got two very expensive homes without any mortgage though he is a failed doctor, etc.

It is really strange. I chalk it up to the greed that is rampant among all ubfKorean leaders. All they care about is money, money, money.
